Instructor Pilot based in Dallas, TX for a full time position.
Deliver flight simulator and ground school training in alignment with regulatory requirements, company curriculum, and customer expectations.
Conduct professional, comprehensive pre‑ and post‑flight simulator briefings.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for client training and internal course development.
Perform administrative duties such as completing training records, maintaining instructional qualifications, and recommending remedial training when needed.
Provide instruction across one or more aircraft types for licenses, type ratings, certificates, and internal qualifications.
After approximately 1.5+ years (subject to business need), qualify as a Training Center Evaluator (TCE) and customer contract check airman.

Unrestricted ATP certificate or completion of ATP Written.
Unrestricted PIC Type Rating preferred.
FAR Part 135 experience and 3,000+ total flight hours preferred.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet‑based programs.
Participation in the company DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program.
Experience flying business aircraft highly desired.
Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
