Job Description

Our instructors:
• Provide hands-on flight training to students, both in the air and on the ground. This involves teaching
fundamental flying or theory skills;
• Clearly and effectively communicate instructions, adapt teaching methods to accommodate different
learning styles and individual student needs;
• Emphasize and enforce safety standards throughout the training process. Instruct students on
emergency procedures and ensure compliance with aviation regulations;• Regularly assess students’ progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Identify
areas for improvement and work with students to address weaknesses;• Maintain accurate records of student progress, flight hours and instructional activities. Ensure that all
required paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner;

Minimum Requirements

To be successful you should have:
• Valid EASA CPL(A) or ATPL(A) License;
• Valid EASA 1st Class Medical Certificate;
• Valid Unrestricted FI(A) rating;
• ICAO English level 4 or higher;
• EU work permit;
• More than 200 flight instruction hours.
Good to have:
• Valid IRI(A) rating;
