Responsibilities
• Analyze internal and external concerns, recommend best practices, and lead functional teams to ensure aircraft are maintained to the highest standards.
• Establish best practices to extend the service life of aircraft components and optimize support services such as digital flight planning, inflight connectivity, and subscriptions to ensure safe and efficient aircraft operations.
• Lead functional teams or projects to drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Aviation to manage initiatives that support strategic growth.
• Support the Business Unit’s people priorities, including leadership development, employee engagement, and performance enablement.
• Up to 10% domestic and international travel required.

Candidate Profile
FAA-issued Airline Transport Pilot License with no history of suspension or revocation.
Minimum of five years (or 2,000 hours) of experience flying turbine-powered aircraft.
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university is preferred.
FAA type rating in the Beech King Air 350 aircraft is preferred.
Must possess a valid California driver’s license with no serious violations and be eligible for coverage under company-sponsored vehicle insurance program.
Must have a valid passport and be able to travel internationally without restrictions.
