Job Description

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage pilot schedules and PTO requests within assigned fleet.
Manage the pilots within the assigned fleet and conduct performance evaluations to provide feedback regarding performance.
Act as the first line of contact for pilots with in assigned fleet. Elevate any issues up to Chief Pilot as necessary.
Work with Chief pilot group to develop, communicate, and implement efficient operational procedures and policies.
Work with the training coordinator to ensure proper scheduling of pilot training events.
Conduct quality assurance flights to ensure compliance of policies and procedures.
Communicate all personnel or disciplinary issues to Chief Pilot.
Perform flight duties as Captain on qualified aircraft based on scheduling needs and crew capacity.

Minimum Requirements

Requirements:
Minimum two (2) years’ experience Part 135 operations.
Minimum one (1) year experience as PIC in type.
IOE, Instructor, or check airman experience, preferred.
ATP license, required.
2500 hours total time.
500 hours multi time.
Valid passport.
90-day currency.
Clean FAA record.
Must be located within one (1) hour of KLNK.
