Primary Duties
Conduct Drone Flights. Conduct drone flights as instructed. Travel to/from drone launch sites via personal vehicle, company vehicle, or rental vehicle, as needed.
Some drone launch sites will be remote and may require the use of a 4x4 vehicle.
Flight time is estimated to be approximately 50 hours per month (~3 hours per day), but subject to change as needs change.
Conduct Post-Flight Analysis.
Conduct post-flight & follow-up video review, analysis, and documentation, as instructed.
Maintain Confidentiality.
This role will have visibility to sensitive information.
It is critical to maintain professionalism and confidentiality, both internally and externally. Information is shared with others only as a need-to-know basis.
Employee will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement as part of their employment.

Hard Skill Requirements
FAA Part 107 Certification. FAA Part 107 Drone Certification required. No exceptions.
RPIC Experience.
Minimum of 1-year RPIC (Remote Pilot in Command) experience required.
Transmission & Distribution Inspections.
Experience preferred with transmission & distribution inspection environments.
PC Skills. Basic PC skills required, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, electronic file management, simple graphic/photo management skills (sizing & cropping), Internet, and video conferencing.
Organizational. Organizational skills & strict attention to detail with a passion for accuracy.
Time Management.
