Responsibilities:
Conduct initial and recurrent training for t pilots in accordance with company policies and FAA requirements
Reinforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety culture, and professionalism
Support the Training Department with additional training and compliance-related initiatives, including audits, documentation, and program updatesAssist with training materials, course content updates, and standardization initiatives

Required Skills/Abilities:
Must reside in or near Orlando, FLMinimum 5+ years of professional pilot experience flying under Part 91 and/or Part 135Part 135 operational experience requiredPrior experience as a training instructor, check airman, or mentor pilot preferredFamiliarity with adult learning principles and instructional best practices requiredStrong knowledge of FAA regulations, company training standards, and best practicesExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsHigh level of professionalism with a safety-first mindsetAbility to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Education and Experience:
