Job Description

Looking for a Chief Flying Instructor (EASA & CAA) and have responsibility for the supervision of the company standardization plan to ensure all training is correctly standardized in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
Instructor Initial / Recurrent / Renewal Training
The CFI ensures both the quality and compliance of instructor training from the instructor training courses to the train the trainer courses and supporting courseware, to ensure the company instructor training adapts to meet the highest achievable standards.
Instructor Selection
The CFI in conjunction with the Training Performance team defines instructor recruitment processes for the company Global Training Centre to ensure company selects the best candidates with both the required technical and non-technical qualities to be a company instructor.
Instructor Performance and Monitoring
The CFI is responsible for ensuring line instructors are training to the required standard, and ensuring recurrent and remedial training is targeted to maintain the highest achievable standards. ... Continue Reading

Minimum Requirements

Hold an EASA & UK CAA ATPL licence and associated ratings or certificates issued in accordance with Part FCL, related to the company flight training courses
SFI/MPL-I privileges
Minimum flight hours according to the company regulations and policy requirements as outlined in the company Operations manual requirements
Hold or have held an EASA FCL FE, CAA UK FCL FE and other NAA approvals along with examiner certificate
Extensive experience in training cadets for professional pilot licenses and experience of Multi Crew Cooperation
Background in delivering or managing Instructor training with extensive managerial experience along with experience of providing customer service with a proven record of success
Experience of regulatory requirements for all courses as stipulated on the company certificate
Previous experience of first-hand interaction with Regulatory Authorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Results oriented with an ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to work flexible hours including public holidays and weekends
