Chief Flight Instructor based in Steenokkerzeel and Kidlington, United Kingdom with full time position.
As Chief Flight Instructor you will be ultimately responsible to ensure supervision and standardization of all flight and simulator instruction. You will be supervising and supporting a team of Training Manager that is located throughout Europe. Additionally, you will drive compliance and support the Safety Manager with promoting the safety culture.
You will be working primarily from the Flight School, with an openness to travel across the network for occasional meetings if required. You are responsible for defining requirements and ensuring continuous development and revision of the Operations and Training Manuals, SOPs and syllabi, whilst ensuring that training is carried out in strict adherence to them!

Required Flying and Instructional Experience
3,000 hours total time with at least 1,000 hours IFR and 1,500 hours PIC included
1,000 hours ME of which 500 hours as PIC
2,500 hours Dual Given with a minimum of 1,000 hours IF and 1,250 hours ME
EASA Medical Class 1
EASA CPL (A) with Multi-engine & Instrument rating
EASA Flight Instructor with Multi Engine Instructor rating
No Instrument teaching restriction
