Duties/Responsibilities
Maintain student training records in accordance with 14 CFR Part 141 and policies.
Maintain training standard as set forth by FAA regulations policies.
Ensure that course standards, training requirements and objectives are met by all assigned students as required by the Training Course Outline.
Report on student progress and accurately maintains and updates all appropriate records.
Recommend and develops curriculum and courseware improvements when appropriate.
Maintain safe, caring, dependable and efficient culture with students, fellow instructors, and staff.
Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Experience
Pathway participation preferred but not required.
1+ years’ experience as a flight instructor.
2+ years’ experience in a leadership role.
Extensive understanding of 14 CFR, FSIMS 8900, and other regulations pertaining to aviation
Education
Certification Requirements: FAA CFI, CFII, MEI (if not in Pathway)
Medical Class 3
Bachelor’s degree Preferred (i.e., Aviation, or Business Administration)
Gold Seal CFI, Master CFI or equivalent certifications preferred.
