All duties and responsibilities as outlined in the Pilot in Command job descriptionMaintain a high level of knowledge of the General Operations Manual, Federal Aviation Regulations, applicable accreditation requirements, and applicable company policies and procedures
Assist in the recruitment, hiring and discharging of flight personnel
Assist the Chief Pilot in creating and revising a monthly pilot schedule
Assists in scheduling pilots for travel, training, and other duties as necessaryAssist in the creation of new policies/procedures, and review existingpolicies/procedures to improve operations and ensure compliance with FAR’s.Administer disciplinary actions when necessary as directed by the Chief PilotAssist the Chief Pilot and Director of Training in directing and scheduling pilot flight and ground training
Assist the Chief Pilot to ensure line pilots are provided with a current FAR/AIM, GOM and pertinent operational information as prescribed in FAR 135.83Ensure that new pilots have been given a thorough orientation of facilities, fueling procedures, parking locations, crew vehicles and other region or base specific operations
Other pertinent information that will aid new pilots in transitioning to new operational regions
Exercise delegated operational control through the Pilot Manager on Call rotation.
Maintain currency in at least one aircraft type operates within the respective region.
Maintain Flight Instructor and Check Airman status in at least one aircraft type operates within the respective region.

Required Qualifications:
FAA AMEL and/or ASEL Commercial Pilot Certificate
2500 Hours Total Flight Time
2000 Fixed Wing Hours
Current Class II or I Medical Certificate
Single Pilot IFR experience
Highly knowledgeable of Operations Manuals, FARs, Operations Specifications, Flight Manuals, etc.
Ability to think strategically while attending to details.
Skills in observations, assessment and creative problems solving.
Ability to communicate professionally, effectively and persuasively both orally and in writing at all levels of the organization.
Ability to maintain composure under pressure, work effectively and accuratelywith frequent interruptions, and set and reset multiple priorities.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Powerpoint.Team building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
AMEL and or ASEL ATP Certificate
1000 hours Turbine PIC
Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and experience
At least five (5) years experience in management to include supervision,budgetary and safety.
Previous King Air, Pilatus and or Lear experience
Previous Check Airman Experience
