Job Description

Responsibilities
Conduct type rating, recurrent, recency training, and ground school sessions in compliance with company and regulatory requirements
Accurately complete and submit detailed assessments and reports via the electronic reporting system
Recommend additional or remedial training for pilots not meeting performance standards
Provide feedback to training management on potential enhancements in training efficiency, safety, and instructional methods
