JOB SUMMARY
Evaluate the performance and knowledge of rotor wing pilots in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies through pilot proficiency checks as directed.
Provide flight and ground instruction.
Assist the Chief Pilot in reviewing and updating the pilot training curriculum.
Assist in creating necessary flight documents as required of the training department.
Maintain compliance with the Department of Health and OSHA rules as they apply to Air Medical Department.
Responsible for supporting company Safety Management System activities.Comply with company HS&E policies and procedures.
Promote Destination Zero initiative at the line level.
Maintain currency.
Any other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
High school diploma
Hold an Airline Tranport Pilot license (Preferred)
Must have minimum 2 years as a rotor wing line pilot with Air Medical division
Must hold First Class Medical
Must meet CAMTS qualifications for rotor wing
have two years prior experience as FAA designed Check Airman. (Preferred)
