Tasks & responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
Provide efficient, effective and high quality fixed wing air and ground instruction to A, B or C Category flight instructor standard.
This includes training pilots towards PPL, CPL, Instrument and Instructor Ratings, as well as Type Ratings and BFRs.
Ideally, appropriately qualified and experienced candidates would be able to instruct at Night, IFR, Aerobatics, TWA, BMF & Multi Engine.
Provide effective student management to ensure that customers achieve their goals and objectives in a timely manner, in line with their expectations.
Maintain a standard of knowledge and skill that allows instruction to be delivered at all qualification levels the instructor is endorsed to teach.
Be a team player by assisting with serving visitors & customers by greeting, welcoming, serving and directing them appropriately.
This includes answering emails in a timely and accurate manner and serving customer needs or redirecting enquiries appropriately.

Qualifications & experience
NCEA or equivalent qualifications in English and Mathematics.
