Responsibilities
Maintain a culture of safety and efficient procedures within the Aviation Department.
Retain final authority for the safe operation of the aircraft when assigned as PIC.Ensure airworthiness of the aircraft before each flight.
Communicate duties to flight crewmembers and ensure understanding.
Make decisions to start, delay, divert, or cancel flights and communicate these decisions promptly to appropriate individuals.
Prepare or supervise the preparation of flight plans, considering factors such as altitude, terrain, weather, range, weight, cruise data, airport facilities, and navigation aids.
Perform tasks associated with operating the aircraft while away from the home base.
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Report known or suspected FAA violations or incidents promptly to the Chief Pilot.
Ensure required passenger ground handling and transportation is in place.
Complete relevant trip paperwork.
Fuel aircraft at the home base.

ATP - Multi-Engine and Instrument Rated
First Class Medical
Type Rated: CE-650(preferred)
Total Time: 4000 Hours
Multi-Engine - 1000 Hours
PIC Turbine - 2000 Hours
Time in Type: 300 Hours
Residency within 30 minutes of base
Authorization to work in the US
College Degree required
