Provide flight simulation instructions for the issuance of licenses, type ratings and certificates.
Properly and thoroughly complete appropriate records regarding client training to ensure client understanding and continued transfer to other instructors.
Recommend, if necessary, remedial training for a client who has not progressed as expected during the training.
Record simulator usage and deviations using appropriate procedures.
Monitor the validity of instructor qualifications to ensure that he or she remains qualified to deliver training at all times in accordance with contractual commitments.

Bachelor's degree in a field related to the position or equivalent experience.
At least 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Successful completion of all written exams to obtain an airline pilot license.
Minimum experience required by the regulatory authority issuing the instructor qualification.
Hold a current instructor qualification or a qualification issued by a recommended regulatory authority.
Meet the relevant minimum experience and qualification requirements for a qualification as a flight simulation instructor.
Hold or have held a commercial pilot license.
A working knowledge of relevant aviation regulations.
