Description

MARC operate 17 aircraft throughout North and Central America. Our fleet consists primarily of PA-31 Navajo Chieftains and Cessna 310 aircraft performing aerial survey operations.

Our pilots are independent contractors based at their homes…there is no requirement to relocate. We provide airline transportation from your home to the location of the airplane, and return. Our pilot rotations are 3-weeks on, and 3-weeks off. However, we are flexible…some pilots prefer 1-month on and 1-month off.

Our pay scale is the best in the industry. We guarantee a minimum of 5-hours of flight time per day, from the day you leave home until the day you return. The pay rate is $50/hour, or a minimum of $250/day. We pay the pilot $165/day for hotel and car rental, plus an additional $50 per diem. All inclusive, the minimum daily pay rate is $415.00/day. What you do not spend on the hotel/car goes into your pocket. All hours flown more than 5-hours/day is additional pay, paid at $50/hr. We require a 1-year minimum employment commitment.

Our company is over 20 years old. We prefer pilots with A&P certificates and previous aerial survey experience; however, that is not an absolute requirement. We are looking for pilots who are professionals, self-motivated, excellent work ethics, honest, and willing to promote our mission.

Training is accomplished at KJVW, Raymond, MS. Those who are invited for an interview will fly into Jackson, MS. If you successfully complete the training and are selected for the pilot position, we will pay for your hotel and round-trip airfare. The interview will also include a flight check in one of our airplanes.

Minimum Requirements Pilot applicants must have an FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Instrument Rating and Multi-Engine endorsement. We look for 1000 hours total time and 200 hours Multi-engine PIC time. Applicants with an A&P license and/or previous survey experience are a plus for this position.
