Conduct UAS operations for various data capture missions and including, aerial surveillance, inspections, surveying, and data collection.
This is a field based position that will require regular travel to operate in remote sites.

Required Qualifications and Experience
Certification as a Remote Pilot in Command (RPIC), FAA Part 107Proven experience operating unmanned aircraft, including pre-flight planning, flight execution, and data capture operations..
Strong understanding of UAS technology, including hardware (e.g., motors, sensors, cameras) and software (e.g., flight control systems, data analysis platforms).
Experience with routine maintenance and troubleshooting of UAS systems and components.
Familiarity with airspace regulations, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.
Proven ability to lead, manage, mentor and train UAS pilots and supporting team members.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and resolve technical issues promptly.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Highly Desirable Qualifications and Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with DJI Enterprise Aircraft as well as Blue UAS (DJI Matrice & Mavic Series. Freefly/ skydio experience huge plus)
Prior military or commercial UAS operations experience.
500 Hours ofManual Flight Operations experience (visual inspection of power structures near energized equipment)
Drone Harmony Inspection Software and GIS software alike
Must have Off road Driving Experience
