Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
The following job functions are a basic requirement but are not limited to and may be assigned other duties.
Flight Operations & Testing:
Plan, execute, and document flight test missions for prototype and production UAS platforms
Conduct pre-flight inspections, mission planning, and post-flight debriefsPerform engineering flight tests to evaluate system performance, stability, and reliability
Serve as pilot-in-command (PIC) and make real-time go/no-go decisions based on safety and readiness
Maintain compliance with FAA regulations and internal safety protocolsTravel up to 50% ... Continue Reading

Minimum Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
The following are a non-exhaustive list of qualifications for the position:
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to meticulously follow operational protocols and safety procedures
UAS Part 107 endorsement
Experience in conducting demonstrations and equipment testing
Knowledge of UAS technology, airspace regulations, and industry best practices
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities in UAS equipment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.Ability to lift boxes regularly. 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
FAA pilot-rated 
Private pilot license (PPL)
5 + years of directly related experience
Bachelor's Degree
CFI (Certified Flight Instructor) certification
