Minimum Requirements

You will bring to the role:
· A valid CPL with a current class 1 medical
· Minimum 750 total flying hours.
· Multi-engine class rating.
· Experience operating single-engine, twin-engine, and turbine aircraft.
· Minimum 250 hours aerial survey flying experience (preferred, but not essential).
· Strong IT aptitude or background (advantageous, given the integration of modern survey systems).
· Leadership qualities and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
· Resilience under pressure and adaptability to fast-paced, changing scenarios.
· Maturity, professionalism, and a willingness to fit into an ever-changing operational environment.
· Willingness to travel extensively, often for weeks at a time, including nights away from base.
· Excellent communication skills
· Commitment to safety
· A can-do attitude and desire to deliver against personal and team goals.
