WHAT YOU’LL DO
Maintain standard of a high degree of professionalism including punctuality and culpability.
Assist Airspace Manager with daily pre- and post- ops briefings.
Prepare and brief missions and flight cards while assisting in planning the flight missions to meet Engineering requirements.
Act as a safety pilot, observing or directing flight or ground crew in their positions and actions taken to maintain a safe posture at all times.
Perform duties as Pilot in Command during flight operations and manage the responsibilities associated with that position.
Cross communicate with multiple teams, internal and external, including Senior Leadership or Customers.
Travel on short notice to fulfill operational needs if and when those needs arise.Maintain all required training and certifications required to perform your job, both internal and external such as FAA certifications.
Provide training and professional developmental support to coworkers under the guidelines of as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years professional experience flying Group 1-4 UAS.
Willing to travel as required.
Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.
Part 61 Pilots license.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficient with computer use (standard browser, word processing applications).
Willing to be multi-capable, including some electronics troubleshooting and repair.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a fast paced, challenging work environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Instrument and Commercial Rating.
5 years of developmental test experience.
5 years RC Helicopter Experience.
