Instructor for Classroom and Flight Simulator training activities in King Air series training.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
Conduct ground and flight simulator training for customers by the company.
Evaluate the customer’s progress in gaining skills and knowledge by the standards established by the company.
Maintain competency and qualification authorized to instruct.
Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
A solid base of knowledge is an essential part of what customers expect from their instructor. You must demonstrate competent and confident instructional knowledge in a dynamic learning environment.
Demonstrate and ability to learn new skills that directly affect product value.
Effectively evaluate customer training needs and proficiently coach and instruct.
Employ creative and innovative teaching methods to meet individual customer needs.
Attain applicable ratings and qualifications in an economical and timely manner.
A current Flight Instructor (CFI) certificate with Instrument and Multi-Engine ratings is required for full time employment. Any loss of certificate privileges may result in permanent dismissal from the company.
The instructor is closer to and spends the most time with the customer than any other associate at the company. Because of this, the customer’s experience at the company is affected and shaped most by this relationship. The instructor, therefore, must be able to assess client needs with timely and effective decision making within the context of the Mission and Strategy guidelines of the company.

Actual King Air flight experience required; 300/350 series and/or 200 series and/or 90 series.
