Job Description

Individuals who are currently in the classification, eligible for lateral transfer, eligible for reinstatement, have list or eligibility, are in the process of obtaining list eligibility, or have and/or Surplus eligibility (please attach your letter, if available).

Other - Copy of your valid and current Class II Airman’s Medical Certificate issued by an FAA authorized Medical Examiner.
Other - Official Flight Record indicating at least 50 hours as Pilot in Command in Helicopters in the past year.
Other - Scanned copy of your pilot logbook.
