Job Description

Looking for a Global 7500 Lead Captain based in Trenton, New Jersey.
Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all assigned flights, including pre-flight and post-flight inspections, filing flight plans, and analyzing weather and route conditions to make informed decisions.
Mentor and guide crew members to foster professional growth, conduct performance reviews, coordinate schedules and training to maintain seamless operations.
Maintain a complete working knowledge of all aircraft systems to operate with precision, manage flight plans, and adapt to changing conditions to guarantee a seamless travel experience.
Promote a strong safety culture by adhering to best practices, conducting passenger briefings, and promptly addressing aircraft discrepancies in collaboration with maintenance teams.
Manage trip documentation, maintain aircraft manuals, assist in crew hiring, and represent the company with professionalism in all internal and external interactions.
Be the face of the company, showcasing professionalism and dedication to our mission of delivering exceptional service.

Minimum Requirements

Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and FAA First Class Medical require
Five years aviation experience with 3,500 hours total fixed-wing time, including 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command, 1,500 hours Multi-Engine, 500 hours Turbo-Jet, 500 hours Turbine, 100 hours Night, and 75 hours Simulated Instrument.
Ability to work a variable schedule to meet flight mission profiles.
Willingness to travel extensively worldwide with no restrictions.
High school diploma required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for collaboration. Exceptional organizational and communication skills with a deep understanding of the aviation industry and the ability to approach its nuances with a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanour to deliver exceptional experiences to clients and colleagues.

College degree preferred
