Job Description

Position Description
The CIP (Contract Instructor Pilot) will conduct simulator operations and simulator flight training for the MH-60R aircraft.
This training will include but not limited to aircraft systems, operating procedures, tactical employment of the MH-60R aircraft and to include flight briefs and debriefs.

Minimum Requirements

Position Requirements
A CIP must be, or have been, a qualified helicopter aircraft commander in the MH-60R command or qualified MH-60R CIP within the preceding (5) years, completed at least one operational tour, possess both rotary and fixed wing experience and have a minimum total of 1000 flying hours in combination of military or civilian flight time, 800 of which must be in model.FRS instructional tour preferred.
The applicant must be a US citizen, possess the ability to obtain a US passport.
Applicant will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to receive and maintain a SECRET clearance allowing access to classified information.
Requires mental alertness and acute concentration for long periods of time during training scenarios.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
Physical ability to walk, stand, and/or sit for extended periods of time (2 hours+), be able to climb 2 flights of stairs, to climb open grated ladders for cockpit access, to lift and carry 50 pounds is required.
