Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Deliver cadet training in accordance with approved operations and training manuals.
Conduct flight simulation sessions, including briefings and debriefings.
Monitor cadet progress, provide feedback, and recommend additional training when needed.
Maintain training records, reports, and confidentiality.
Ensure that the Airbus and procedures are implemented as required within the training programs.
Stay updated on aviation regulations, CRM, and human factors.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
Hold or have held an ATPL, MPL, or CPL with Airbus A320 Type Rating.
Minimum of 1500 hours on Multi Pilot Aircraft.
Have completed a proficiency check on A320 FFS within the 12 months preceding the application.

Preferred Requirements:
Ability to work flexible hours.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
