Job Description

Your Mission:
Facilitate Excellence: Lead engaging ground and simulator training sessions, helping pilots master core, specialty, or enrichment courses.
Create Impact: Develop and deliver tailored training materials, meeting the unique needs of each client and ensuring their success.
Measure Success: Evaluate client progress, recommend additional training if needed, and celebrate their milestones as they achieve their qualifications.
Ensure Accuracy: Maintain precise and detailed training records, supporting each client’s journey to excellence.

Minimum Requirements

What You Bring to the Table:
A passion for education and mentorship, with first-class facilitation and customer service skills.
A commitment to aviation safety, standards, and practices.
The ability to teach and inspire with confidence, while being coachable and open to feedback.
Licences: A valid ICAO licence with the relevant flight time requirements dependent upon program.
