a) Promote and instill the safety culture of by adhering to all prescribed policies and procedures, bringing any safety-related issues to the attention of the Chief Instructor, and working to instill a culture of safety in all their students.
b) Ensure each assigned student is scheduled in accordance with the student's flight training schedule on the days and time blocks established.
c) Provide the best flight instruction possible
d) Attempt to reschedule assigned students to make up any missed lessons, or to accommodate additional availability the student may have.
e) Conduct instruction in accordance with all practices, procedures, and guidance.
f) Maintain each assigned student's logbook and flight training record completely, accurately, and in a timely manner.

Entry into the applicant pool requires some college, vocational or an Associate's degree from an accredited institution; and knowledge of the flight training aspects of aviation, including techniques and skill.
Level I: requires Flight Instructor certification plus an Airplane Single-Engine rating.
Level II: requires Flight Instructor certification plus an Airplane Single-Engine rating and Instrument-Airplane rating.
Level III: requires Flight Instructor certification plus an Airplane Single-Engine rating, an Instrument-Airplane rating, and a Multi-Engine Airplane rating.
