ICAO Level 4+ or English Proficiency stated on the license
A country that has diplomatic relations with the People’s Republic of China
Valid ICAO ATPL on A330 type rating
Issued by the country that has diplomatic relations with the People’s Republic of China
No any limitations on the license (eg. VMC circle to land restriction)
ILS landing CAT I
Type rated
Medical Certificate Class A / Class One
No "flight incidents / accidents and criminal record" history
Last flight on type within 4 years
