The First Officer directly reports to the Pilot-In-Command assigned to the flight by the company.
Supports the Pilot-in-Command with safe conduct of the flight.
Ensures compliance with company-wide reporting protocols and promptly reports any hazardous events.
Develop the leadership skills, knowledge, judgment and technical ability required of a PIC if not already qualified.

Maintain a complete working knowledge of all aircraft systems which they are authorized to operate to include all emergency systems and procedures associated with the aircraft
Secure the aircraft after each flight to include arranging hangar storage if they deem necessary or they are instructed to do so by the company management.
File or cause a flight plan to be filed with the FAA or an ICAO state company facility
Analyze area, enroute and terminal charts for the airport of intended landing and alternates
Perform the functions of the company standard security program or private charter standard security program as applicable
Conduct the required passenger safety briefings

Must possess an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with appropriate Aircraft Type Rating
