ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for aviation instruction to pilots consisting of ground school and simulator training for Initial, Recurrent or generic aircraft training courses
Measure training progress of students, objectively and subjectively, within the established aeronautical curriculum
Conduct training tasks including Lesson Planning, Classroom and Simulator set-up, upkeep of current aviation publications and instructional training materialsAct as Second-In-Command pilot in multi-crew simulator situations
Evaluate progress and performance, issues and problems, and prepare necessary documents and reports
Participate in all company safety programs
Maintain currency with regards to annual ground training, Proficiency Checks, Proficiency Training, Line Observations, and Standards Observations
Other duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to communicate effectively; must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English
Excellent presentation and listening skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
An unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (ATP) to act as the PIC for the B-767
Completed at least one air carrier’s initial training and qualification curriculum under 14 CFR part 121
At least one year of experience as a full flight simulator instructor in a 121, 135 or 142 training program
