Manage the workload to maintain proper situational awareness.Achieve safe & efficient line operations by demonstrating effective decision-making process utilizing DORDAR.
Perform effectively monitoring duties and use appropriate intervention strategy (when necessary) to maintain safe aircraft operations throughout all phases of flight.
Demonstrate effective communication by conducting interactive threat and Error management-based briefings and always using correct R/T procedures and phraseology.
Demonstrate a competent standard of operational and regional knowledge, including published operating instructions and where to source required information.

Qualification
Obtain and maintain an appropriate aviation medical certificate (if required)
ATP Certificate with at least one PIC Type Rating
CL30 type rating (preferred)
Have held CFI, CFII, MEI qualification (or equivalent, Check Pilot, TCE, TRI, TRE)
6 months delivering training experience or 150 hrs. dual given.
Successful completion of provided instructor training.
