Operate assigned aircraft in accordance with Company Operations Manual and Standard Operating Procedures
Perform all key job duties and any other assigned by the Flight Operations Management team from time to time
Adhere to instructions issued by officers of the Department of Natural Resources on fire suppression or instructions from the base manager when assigned to aerial application projects.
Complete required pre-flight and post-flight paperwork in a timely and thorough manner

QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate must possess a Commercial Pilot License - Fixed wing and;
For Shadow role:
have obtained at least 1000 hours of total time and 100hrs multi-engine PIC. Experience in a Piper Aerostar, Cessna Caravan, or aircraft equipped with a Garmin G1000NXI is an asset.
For Bird Dog role:
have obtained at least 3000hrs of Pilot in Command (PIC), 500hrs turbine and 500hrs multi engine. Previous experience in role or familiarity in aerial suppression operations will be an asset qualification.
Preference will be given to candidates having experience with turbine engines and low altitude operations like aerial application or fire suppression.
