Job Description

Summary of the Position

Strive to provide Safe, Secure, Efficient, and Flexible travel to all customers with a great attitude. Safety, Customer Service, and Operational Excellence will be the driving force behind all Corporate Aviation endeavors. Responsible to the assigned Captain of the flight for the conduct and execution of assigned duties Assists the Captain with discharging safety responsibilities and being prepared to assume the duties of the Pilot in Command.

What you will do

    Performs the Line Pilot role in both B505/429, as well as other tasks as assigned, to support the company flight operations. Ensure compliance with SSCA and other regulations in all Flight Operations assignments. Completes pre-flight planning, preparation, and necessary paperwork. Coordinate results of flights with appropriate Quality Assurance, Flight Line and Flight Operations personnel. Conforms normal, abnormal, and emergency operations. Communicates effectively with the crew members regarding flight activities. Maintains a professional manner with all customers and company employees. Promotes and supports our Safety ProgramsSelecting safe and efficient flight routesDetermining risks that may occur keeping accurate records for compliance purposesEmbraces and demonstrating promotional behaviors consistent with our organizational values and policies. Minimum Requirements

What you should have

    A diploma or Equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.Experience flying in SEA regions is highly preferred.At least 10-15 years of experience in Helicopter OperationsSSCA ICAO Commercial/Instrument Rotorcraft-Helicopter Required, ATP preferredICAO Class 1 Medical required.ICAO ELP 4 (English Language Proficiency)Qualify as PIC in Bell 429 with a valid type rating (Required) and/or qualify as PIC in Bell 505 with a valid type rating (Required)Multi-engine experience preferredFormal CRM/MCC training preferredDemonstrate time management skills and communication skillsExcellent leadership skills with a focus on development and coachingThe ability and willingness to work in a standalone operation
