Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a BE20 Captain, you'll play a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused flight operations. 
From pre-flight planning to touchdown, you'll be responsible for the aircraft, crew, and passengers while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Safely and efficiently operate the BE20 aircraft while ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations, including those established by the company, Transport Canada, and CARs (Civil Aviation Regulations).
Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Chief Pilot and/or Deputy Chief Pilot.
Operate in accordance with flight assignments as determined by the Crew Scheduler.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:
Must hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot Licence.
Possess a valid Instrument and Type rating, if required.
Maintain a PPC (Pilot Proficiency Check) and currency for an airplane in the responsible aircraft grouping.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).
Successful completion of a criminal background check.
2,700 hours Total Time
1,200 hours PIC
750 hours Multi-Engine
600 hours Multi PIC
200 Turbine

Preference will be given to candidates with time on type
Demonstrate excellent customer service abilities.
Possess strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Exhibit good organizational and time management skills.
Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
