ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -
Provides management and flight operation in a Single Pilot IFR capacity.Works with the Chief Pilot of Flight Operations, Assistant Chief Pilot, Operations Administrator, the Administrator's Assistant, and the Ground Training Manager to ensure a functional and efficient operation of the department.
Sets and maintains a high professional airmanship standard for all pilots.Stresses safety as the most important aspect of the Company’s policies.Ensures that licenses, medicals, check rides, and trainings are up to date.Communicates with the Company’s pilots to ensure that they are following Company procedures and policies.
Matches the mission with crew's abilities and crew member balance for successful missions.
Acts as the point person for the Company’s pilots and employees to address concerns and new ideas on fixed wing operations.
Identifies trouble areas and makes informed decisions to resolve the issues.Ensures compliance with all local, State and Federal regulations.
Oversees the Fixed Wing Training Department.
Ensures quality training as required by FAA and Company standards.Establishes standards for training curriculums, courses, and projects for the Training Manager to follow.
Be able to load and unload large aircraft components weighing up to 100 pounds or more without assistance.
Conducts oneself in accordance with Company’s Core Values.

Valid U.S. Commercial (or higher), Multi-Engine Land License, and appropriate medical of 2nd class or higher
Instrument Rating for IFR
Certified Flight Instructor, Multi Engine (MEII) License
Capable of Single Pilot Operations with two years of Part 135 or Part 121experience
Minimum of 200 PIC hours required
S. Passport and Driver’s License required
Must meet International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) as a U.S. Person
