PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide standardization training for operating the aircraft, aerial survey equipment, flight planning and end-of-day recordkeeping activities.
Adhere to all FAA regulations and company policies and procedures.
Maintain daily communications with the Lead Pilot to keep them informed on progress of individual new-hire flight training and IOE training sessionsEnsure all flight lessons are completed according to the Flight Training Curriculum.
Ensure all appropriate endorsements are documented in now-hire and line pilots logbooks and company’s pilot record tracking system.
Assist in scheduling and rostering of training and annual review activities at the discretion of the Lead Pilot
Research new and improved teaching techniques.
Schedule permitting, fly aerial survey missions to completion while operating a proprietary aerial camera system
Coordinate survey access with ATC and range controllers
Perform thorough aircraft preflight checks before each flight
Maintain aircraft and camera system cleanliness standards
Communicate maintenance needs to ensure safe operation of the aircraftAdhere to all written policies, operational standards, and safety proceduresReport daily flight window activities as required

Skills & Requirements
Must hold a current CPL, CFII and MEI
Must hold a current Class 1 Medical
400 hours PIC
500 hours TT
100 hours ME Dual Given
Must be familiar with Part 91 operating guidelines
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
Experience in a Part 141 environment a plus.
Ability to motivate trainees and drive results
Strong sense of teamwork and accountability
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Strong technical and analytical skills
