Seeking enthusiastic individuals as ground instructors for our expanding 135 operation.
The individuals chosen will instruct initial, recurrent and generic training classes, evaluate training materials and strive to improve on the overall training process for our fleet (Lear 35/36 and Falcon 20’s).
Training tasks include, but are not limited to, lesson planning, classroom set-up, upkeep and improvements of training materials, evaluate and document student progress and performance, make recommendations as necessary to the director of training based on student evaluations and work to ensure the training program is an ever evolving learning process. ... Experience and Skills
Requirements to join the Company team as a ground instructor
CFI
CFII or MEI preferred
Total time of 2000 hours (preferred)
500 hours as a CFI (preferred)
Ground Instructors Certificate (preferred)
Willingness to teach
Experience with a 135 or 121 operator preferred
English Fluency in verbal and written communications. Must be an excellent listener and presenter in order to meet and exceed the student’s expectations during the training process. Have the ability to use Apple IPAD/IBM PC and or compatible computers.
Have a general working knowledge of: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Must be able to pass the Company DOT Drug and Alcohol test
