Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities
Provide basic INDOC instruction for new hires.
Teach recurrent training and aircraft systems.
Edit and maintain courseware to ensure the training program is an ever-evolving learning process.
Track progress of training activities and maintain training records.
Evaluate and document student progress and performance.
Make recommendations as necessary to the Training Manager or Chief Pilot based on student evaluations.

Minimum Requirements

Required Qualifications
FAA AGI, Commercial Pilot's License and Instrument Rating with 500TT or ATPMust be able to communicate effectively and work within a team-focused environment.
Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible.
Successfully pass a criminal history record check and pre-employment drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous teaching/training experience
Experience with Beech 99, Emb120 Brasilia and Saab 2000
Schedule
Full-time schedule of 14 on/10 off, part-time as needed
Housing and transportation to the location where training is to be conducted will be provided
