Job Description

G650 Instructor pilot based in Lake Nona, FL for a full time position.
As an Instructor Pilot, provide standardized training in the classroom and/or simulator.
Enforce company standards by teaching and requiring others to fly by set standards of service and safety
Strong interpersonal, verbal/written, listening, and presentation skills are necessary to effectively teach required subjects and provide constructive feedback
Possess the skills to properly judge and evaluate pilot performance and willing to accurately and impartially judge and evaluate
Conduct ground and simulator training.
Must be able to keep accurate records, complete proper paperwork and submit required documents to the company in a timely manner
Evaluate Customers progress in gaining skills and knowledge
Serve as a liaison between the customers and the training center managers.
Assist/Define customer training requirements through participation in training conferences, meetings
Maintain competency and qualifications authorized to instruct
Maintain a high level of professionalism
Perform other related duties and assignments as required

Minimum Requirements

Associate degree or college degree preferred; High School diploma or state issued equivalent required
2-5 years of related job-relevant experience
Previous experience teaching or training of others preferred.
Proven experience demonstrating a customer service orientation of work assignments.
Must be authorized to live/work in the United States
Basic computer proficiency, Microsoft Office, and other internet-based programs
Must be able to participate in the company Anti-Drug & Alcohol testing program
FAR Part 135 or 121 experience, 3,000 hours of total flight time
Possess an unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate and a minimum of one unrestricted PIC type rating.
Excellent Fluency in English, through both verbal and written communications; able to speak, understand, read and write
Must be an excellent listener and presenter in order to meet and exceed the Customer’s expectations during the training process
