Minimum Requirements

Being a Turkish citizen or having a blue card 
Being born after 01.01.1969
Must be at least a high school graduate (Candidates who have completed their education abroad are required to submit an equivalency certificate.) 
Have received any written penalty for flight fault or indiscipline. 
Not having a criminal record or criminal archive record 
Having completed or being exempt from military service 
Accepting the place indicated by the company as the home base and residing there 
Not having left the organizations they previously worked in due to indiscipline.
Not having previously left Turkish Airlines or its subsidiaries due to indiscipline or termination.
Technical Specifications
To have a valid ATPL or ATPL Theoretical Knowledge Training with Credit (Frozen ATPL) CPL/IR license.
Having one of the IR/SE, IR/ME and MEP authorizations in the FI license 
Health Condition
To have a current 1st Class health certificate in accordance with company EASA Part-MED conditions. (Candidates will obtain the certificate proving that they meet this condition from authorized hospitals with their own means.) Foreign Language Requirement 
To have Level 4 English language proficiency for flight crews whose licenses are approved by company, and Level 4 English language proficiency within the framework of ICAO language proficiency for flight crews whose licenses are approved by other country authorities.
