Deliver training as a Flight Simulator Instructor in compliance with operational manuals and HKCAD requirements.
Maintain Company standards and uphold regulatory obligations.
Contribute to course development, recommend improvements, and implement approved changes.
Complete training records and reports in a timely manner.
Ensure the availability and quality of training aids and updated manuals.
Undergo annual standardisation checks to ensure compliance with HKCAD and Company standards.
Achieve and maintain the standard for an HKCAD Approved Person certification.

Requirement:
Hold or have previously held an internationally recognised Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL (A)) or equivalent.
A minimum of 1,500 hours of flying experience in multi-pilot aircraft operations.
Experience in Commercial Operations.(Training Captain or Check Pilot will be an advantage)
Strong knowledge of modern airline training practices, including mentoring ab initio pilots.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (must meet a minimum ICAO Level 5)
Proven leadership and decision-making skills under pressureAdvantages:
Experience as a simulator instructor.
Knowledge of CBTA (Competency-Based Training and Assessment) principles.Knowledge of EBT (Evidence-Based Training) principles.
