Candidate must have a pilot background that includes military flight experience and have a FAA Flight Instructor Certificate, or have a Military Flight Instructor experience and is eligible to apply for a FAA Flight Instructor Certificate.
Candidate should have the knowledge and instructional experience in aircraft upset recovery, spatial disorientation and aerospace physiology, and is capable of conducting training courses on these subjects.
Candidate should be capable of developing upset recovery training curriculum, training proposals and research applications, and to advocate upset recovery and physiology training to regulatory decision bodies.
Candidate shall have interest in physiology training system development through critical and analytical skills with constructive feedback and ideas, assisting sales and promotion efforts as an aviation subject matter expert.
Candidate must be willing to travel domestically and internationally to support sales, trade shows and make presentations and must possess excellent oral, written, training, and presentation skills.
