Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:
Be available by phone within 2 hours to discuss and/or resolve contract issues with COR as necessary.
Provide measures to coordinate aircrew ATD and academic training schedule with the government.
Monitor Joint and Air Force exercise schedule with the government.
Provide oversight of training scenarios and lesson development and maintenance.
Annotate aircrew attending provided training and report aircrew attendance status to unit.
Report ATD utilization rates to the government.
Site Lead shall provide 1 week written notice to COR if a full training day cannot be fully supported due to leave, jury duty etc.
Provide measures to correct identified negative trends that disrupt normal operations.
Maintain the currency of contractor employees.
Coordinate network hookups for training events.
Monitor employee activities and ensure compliance with security regulations and local SOPs.
In coordination with the COR and on-site QAR and unit representatives shall establish and execute a customer feedback system.
Ensure un-cleared visitors, contract janitorial services and authorized personnel performing building maintenance, modification and upkeep are escorted.
Possess a SECRET security clearance and be SAP eligible per the Special Access Program Nomination Process (SAPNP).
Responsible for ensuring the SSM does not require overtime.
Responsible for ensuring Contractor employees starting their work shift early or staying late shall not require overtime.

Operational flight experience within 3 years as an instructor on the applicable system or performance of similar aircraft simulator instructor duties within 3 years.
Must be able to perform AF Form 8 Certified Instructor duties in MTC/UTD/WASP weapon system using current tactics and employment standards.
Must be able to perform as IPOR and provide mission debriefings to include instructional feedback of student performance and documentation IAW applicable Wing and RAP standards.
Must be able to fly the simulator in the capacity of a 2 or 4-ship flight lead using current tactics and employment standards.
Minimum of 1000 hours in fighter aircraft time and one of the following:500 hours in F-16CM aircraft
200 instructor hours in any fighter (K Prefix)
Basic Word, Excel, and Power Point Skills.
Completion of the Air Combat Command Classroom Instructor Course or MAJCOM equivalent at any time prior to employment or within six months of employment at contractor expense.
