Minimum Requirements

B787 Captain Requirements
Total flight time of more than 5,000 multi-crew flying hours on commercial jet aircraft with MTMA of 5,700kg or more, of which at least 2,000 hours are as Pilot-in-Command (PIC/P1) on multi-engine jet or turbine commercial airline transport aircraft certificated for multi-crew operation.
A320 / Embraer 190-E2 Captain Requirements
Total flight time of more than 3,500 hours on aeroplanes with MTMA of 5700kg or more, of which at least 1,000 hours are as Pilot-in-Command (PIC/P1) on multi-engine jet or turbine commercial airline transport aircraft certificated for multi-crew operation.
Licencing Requirements
A Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore issued ICAO ATPL (foreign ATPL will be required to undergo licence conversion which requires an instrument rating and a proficiency check that has a minimum of 6 months' validity.) 
Demonstrate the ability to speak and understand English with a minimum of ICAO level 5.
