ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform duties as PIC or SIC (see PIC and SIC job descriptions)Coordinate vacation, days off and training events with crew members maintaining maximum aircraft coverage considering crew members’ required rest requirements and personal needs.
Ensure assigned crew members complete all training and checking requirements.
Ensure assigned crew members submit and review flight and duty records and all other required records.
Coordinate the aircraft schedule and training with the flight crew and client representative using supplemental crews as necessary.
Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor regarding aircraft cleaning, servicing.
Ensure aircraft manuals, Charts, and electronic data are current.Mentor & regularly counsel crew members to assist in their development as professional aviators and employees.
Conduct annual Performance Reviews for assigned crew members to summarize & document their development for the Regional Chief Pilot.
Assist Account VP with client liaison as requested.
Assist the Regional Chief Pilot in hiring of flight crew.

Must have at least an Associate’s degree in a business or related field.Effective oral and written communication.

Must be able to work flexible schedules, willing to travel worldwide extensively and without restriction due to administrative or personal history.
Basic computer skills.
Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
Must be able to handle the job responsibilities with integrity, discretion and sensitivity to confidential company and employee information.
Must satisfactorily and continuously demonstrate proficiency required of the FAA Airline Transport Pilot Practical Test Standards for the aircraft assigned.
Must satisfactorily and continuously demonstrate adherence to company flight operations standards as defined in the General Operations Manual or Flight Operations Manual.
