Job Description

Transport associates on the company aircraft upon request
Assist in performing pre-flight inspection of the aircraft to ensure safety of flightObtain weather data and works with the Chief Pilot to interpret data based on the flight plan
Assist the Chief Pilot in making decisions regarding the safety of flights due to weather conditions and mechanical discrepancies and cancels/postpones flights as needed
Assist with flight planning and preparation and ensures the flight plan is filed
Assist with performing thorough and timely maintenance of the aircraft and hangar.
When there are no scheduled flights, perform cleaning and maintenance activities to include washing and waxing the plane, cleaning the office, picking up or shipping parts, painting or repairing the hangar, and other activities as neededAttend training as required
Regularly interacting with the company's top management on every flight. Also interact with Executive Assistants to coordinate travel requirements as neededContact parts vendors for ordering, price checks, etc. as needed; contactmaintenance shops to communicate the work scope at least once a year; and may be responsible for reviewing invoices for accuracy ... Minimum Requirements

Here are the key things you will need to have
A High School Diploma or GED
3,000 hours of flight time experience and 1,000 hours of jet experiencePrevious hands-on, practical maintenance experience
FAA Commercial Pilot License with instrument rating and multi engine land privileges

Previous LR 45 and CL 350 experience
LR 45 and/or CL 350 type rating preferred
