Provide C/HC-130J aircraft procedural instruction
Provide training for Visual Threat Recognition Avoidance Training (VTRAT), Crew Resource Management Training (CRM) and Instrument Refresher Course Training (IRC), if qualified.
Provide recommendations for training policy and procedure improvement.
Provide ground support training for other crewmembers in the diagnosis and remediation of student issues
Ensure compliance requirements are met
Perform observation flights when required or needed
Participate in periodical aircraft familiarization flights, if required
Manage scheduling, recordkeeping activities, monitoring of student progress, counseling, management reports, QA, safety, security, and maintenance of training programs and equipment.
Analyze, diagnose, counsel, and document student performance.
This includes identifying learning difficulties, recognize objectives/goals not accomplished, and assign/conduct remedial instruction or tasks as required to accomplish the requirements of the contract.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor of Science in related field and 8 years total flying experience, 5 years military experience, with 2 years or 200 hours C/HC-130J Pilot flight instructor and training management experience.
Recent experience as a C/HC-130J Instructor Pilot or Evaluator Pilot.
Prior aircraft operating experience and the ability to hold creditability and attention of the customer attendees. Acquire and maintain instrument, take-off, landing, and emergency procedure proficiency. Experience documenting and recording student activity and describe training scenarios electronically.
Ability to fluently read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Write, read, and interpret complex documents. Generate effective oral and written presentations and proposals on complex subjects.
Must acquire and maintain proficiency in emergency procedures.
Ability to work with minimal supervision. Maintain proficiency in the operation of essential C/HC-130 Aircrew Training Devices.
Have a positive and embracing attitude towards teaching and learning.
Ability to learn and embrace new technologies and tasks.
Work with co-workers as a team to improve product, instruction, and results for students.
Ability to comply with Company quality standards and Company standards of professionalism.
