The Flight Simulation Instructor I will be responsible for providing training mainly on a flight simulator or other training device, but also, if necessary, on the ground, in accordance with customer requirements and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Provide pre- and post-flight simulator instructions in a detailed and professional manner and in accordance with the company standards.
Conduct each simulation session in accordance with the company , aircraft manufacturer and customer standard operating procedures.
Provide flight simulation instruction for the issuance of licenses, type ratings and certificates.
Properly and thoroughly complete appropriate client training records to ensure client understanding and continued transfer to other instructors.
Recommend, if necessary, remedial training for a client who has not progressed as expected during the training.
Record simulator usage and deviations using appropriate procedures.
Monitor the validity of the instructor's qualifications to ensure that he or she remains qualified to deliver the training at all times in accordance with contractual commitments.
Act as a subject matter expert in the creation of curriculum and courseware, as required.
Agree to undergo training regarding the responsibilities of examiners when required by the training manager.

Rating on ATR-42 (TC)
Bachelor's degree in a field related to the position or equivalent experience.
At least 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Successful completion of all written exams for obtaining an airline pilot license.
Minimum experience required by the regulatory authority issuing the instructor rating.
Hold a current instructor rating or a rating issued by a recommended regulatory authority.
Meet the relevant minimum experience and qualification requirements for a flight simulation instructor rating.
Hold or have held a commercial pilot license.
Working knowledge of relevant aviation regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain a strong customer-focused approach in difficult situations.
Particular attention paid to quality and permanent desire to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Ability to concentrate and work in a very dynamic environment.
