The AH-64D Instructor Pilot (IP) primarily conducts training and evaluation of pilots in the AH-64D.
The training includes both ground school, simulator, and flight training, as well as POI development.

1. Must be qualified as a U.S. Army AH-64D Instructor Pilot.
2. Must be a U.S. Citizen
3. Must have a minimum of 100 AH-64D Instructor Pilot flight hours and a minimum of 1,000 total hours of rotary wing flight experience.
4. Preferred experience as an Instructor Pilot at Ft Rucker, AL.
Graduate of the US Army AH-64D Instructor Pilot Course.
