Key Responsibilities
Operate fixed wing uncrewed aerial vehicles during test and deployment activities
Conduct flight operations in accordance with aviation regulations, safety procedures, and internal operating manuals
Support launch, recovery, and ground handling of aircraft in field environmentsPrepare aircraft for flight, including pre-flight inspections, basic servicing, and configuration checks
Assist with fault finding and basic technical troubleshooting during deploymentsWork closely with engineers and technicians during flight testing and system validation
Maintain flight logs, operational records, and post flight reporting
Support continuous improvement of flight procedures, checklists, and field practices
